Executive Leadership Team

Ginger is our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ginger joined Plexus in 2007 as Vice President of Finance. In August 2007, she was promoted to her current role where she is responsible for finance and treasury functions and maintaining internal controls, external reporting, investor relations and information technology.

Ginger is a CPA and began her career in public accounting, spending seven years at Deloitte & Touche as an Audit Manager. During her career she has held financial and operational roles in several manufacturing companies. Prior to joining Plexus, Ginger spent five years as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Banta Corporation, where she oversaw financial planning and analysis, financial consolidation and reporting, the treasury function and other high-level financial and accounting responsibilities.

Ginger holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Utah and a master’s degree in business administration from Ohio State University.

Steve is our Regional President of EMEA region and Senior Vice President of Global Engineering Solutions. Steve joined Plexus in 1990 as a Design Engineer in our Engineering Solutions Group. After holding a number of leadership roles in our engineering organization, he was named Vice President of our Raleigh and Livingston Design Centers in 2002. He was later appointed Senior Vice President of our Engineering Solutions Group. In 2010, he was promoted to his current role, where he is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the EMEA region and global engineering solutions.

Steve holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and technology from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and a master's degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Marquette University.

YJ is our Regional President of the Asia-Pacific region. YJ joined Plexus in 1998 as Managing Director of our Penang facility and progressed through a number of management positions in our Asia-Pacific region. In his current role, he is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the Asia-Pacific region and oversight of key managers across the region.

Prior to joining Plexus, YJ held a number of leadership roles in engineering and operations. He has over 29 years of experience in the electronics industry.

YJ holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from University Technology of Malaysia.

Angelo is our Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Compliance Officer and Secretary. Angelo joined Plexus in 2002 as Director of Legal Services and was promoted to his current role in 2006. He is responsible for all legal matters affecting Plexus as well as for enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Plexus, Angelo served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at MCMS Inc., which was acquired by Plexus in 2002.

Angelo holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Columbia University, a master’s in business administration and a juris doctor degree from Fordham University.
