At Plexus, the bridge between prototyping and volume manufacturing is efficiently handled via our unique New Product Introduction (NPI) services. In addition to prototyping, NPI capabilities include pilot and short-run manufacturing. To facilitate a swift and smooth transition, NPI support starts during product development and continues well into the transition to volume manufacturing. Also, NPI customers have access to complete product development and test development services.

A program manager supported by a customer team will navigate a customer's product through every stage of the NPI process, successfully avoiding a loss of continuity as the product shifts from a prototype environment, through initial ramp up, to sustainable volume manufacturing.
