Community Involvement

Plexus employees are not only passionate about the work they do but are also deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of those around them. To ensure that this passion continues, the Plexus Charitable Foundation was formed in 1995.

The Plexus Corp. Charitable Foundation, provides a meaningful impact in markets and communities that are strategically aligned with our mission as the Product Realization Company. We allocate our support in the following three main areas:

• Technology: Supporting innovation and technology-related education including: scholarships for children of our employees and other area students pursing technical education and internships, education programs like FIRST Robotics which teach basic engineering and problem-solving skills, early childhood programs that build math and science interest in our future leaders, and funding for libraries so up-to-date materials can be accessible to anyone in our communities.
  
  
• Healthcare: Enhancing the quality of medical care through the purchase of necessary medical equipment, supplies and staff augmentation resulting in process improvement and patient education and awareness; and by supporting a variety of medical charity and research organizations via financial and volunteer support.
  
  
• Community: Making the communities we live in a better place by acting as a "pillar of the community" supporting an array of community events and projects which enhance the overall well-being of our employees, their families and our neighbors.
