Product Repair/Refurbishment/Upgrade
Plexus' repair capabilities include receiving, pre-screening to validate the request for repair, testing, and repairing of both in warranty and out of warranty product. We will visually inspect, isolate the failure to a failing part, repair and replace, and perform a final product repair test and a quality inspection prior to shipping.

Dedicated Service Centers allow the customer to rely on Plexus to provide services such as failure analysis and dependable component-level traceability. A dedicated Service Center assures the customer their product is getting managed the way they need it to be.

Spares Management
