Environmental, Health and Safety Policy Statement

Plexus Corp. recognizes its responsibility to design, manufacture products, conduct operations and provide services for the electronic industry in a manner that is responsible to the environment, protective of natural resources and protective of the health and safety of its employees and others who may be affected by its activities.

From its operations worldwide, the Corporation will strive to:

• Develop and maintain a method of evaluating environmental, health and safety performance for continual improvement. Setting and reviewing environmental, health and safety goals are the basis for this evaluation.
• Practice waste minimization and pollution prevention in its operations, and prevent injury and ill health to the extent practicable. Employees at all levels within the corporation will work together to form a safe workplace, and seek and implement waste minimization and pollution prevention measures.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant environmental, health and safety legislation and regulations.

This policy statement confirms the Corporation's intent to create and implement sound environmental, health and safety principles throughout the organization.
